Use CapsuleCRM Milestone App to create a dynamic and visual Sales Pipeline of your sales opportunities. The App also allows opportunities to be advanced further in the Pipeline without having to log in to Capsule CRM.
2. Setting Up and Usage
The App can only be added to a Page by the Space Administrator. Once added, anyone who has access to the Space can use the App.
- Create a new Page or use an existing Page.
- Select App from your internal App Store (listed under Sales).
- Click Add
Then repeat the same App number of times to match the number of stages in your Sales Pipeline, e.g. 5 in our case, these being; lead, engaged, proposal, win and lost.
- Allow you to enter Capsule CRM credentials of your account.
- UnifiedVU saves the credentials encrypted, so you do not need to re-enter again.
- Lets you select the milestone of your opportunities.
- Lets you filter opportunities by tags.
- Displays the name of the opportunity, value and customer name.
- Allows you to change the milestone without having to visit Capsule CRM.
- Displays flash message "milestone changed successfully" when changed.
- Displays the changed milestone in the appropriate container.
- Displays avatar of the customer.
- Allows you to update the opportunity closing date.
- Allows you to add a comment.
- One click (little arrow) to visit the opportunity in Capsule CRM.
